Reservations are strongly recommended.

Reservations that are not claimed at 5 minutes before the performance may be released to stand-by patrons.

Late Seating Policy:

Due to the seating configuration of our new space, we will not be able to seat any patrons after the show begins. In addition, no refunds will be provided if patrons arrive late. If you have any concerns about finding our new location, please take a look at the map on our contact page. Additionally, feel free to contact us ahead of time by calling 713-726-1219 to leave a message, and a volunteer will return your call to offer additional assistance.

Our Refund Policy:

Upon request, for any patron cancellation prior to 24 hours of a performance, the Company OnStage will issue a refund for tickets purchased through the Company OnStage or Eventbrite website. Upon request, for a later cancellation up to 5 minutes before a show, or for tickets purchased through Goldstar, the Company OnStage will issue a coupon that may be used for a future performance of any show of the same ticket price in the current season.

Tickets must be picked up 5 minutes prior to the opening of any show. Tickets unclaimed after this time will be released to stand-by patrons if the show is sold out. Requests for refunds or coupons should be made at the Box Office, through the contact form on our website, or by calling 713-726-1219 to leave a message.

If Company OnStage must cancel a performance for weather or any other reason, all patrons are entitled to a refund or coupon at patron’s option.
