The Company OnStage does not issue cash refunds for prepaid tickets left unclaimed. Upon request and with a 24 hour cancellation notice, we will send coupons that may be used for future shows. If you are making a group reservation for a children's show, please read our Refund Policy.

Please print your receipt and bring it with you to the box office if you purchase tickets online.

Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards at the door. Tickets purchased at the box office must be by cash or check. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Reservations that are unclaimed at 5 minutes before show time will be released to stand-by patrons in the event of sold-out performances.
